• The plan is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. • All three sessions must be booked and completed within this 3-month period. • Any unused sessions will automatically expire once the plan ends. • Expired sessions cannot be reinstated.

Step 1 – Log Into Your Account You must be logged in for your plan to apply. • Click Log In (top right of the website). • Use the same email address used to purchase the plan. If you are not logged in, the system will not apply your package. Step 2 – Book Through the Correct Service • Go to the Book Online page. • Select the eligible 1-2-1 Session service (only services linked to this plan will apply). • Choose your preferred date and time. • Click Next. Step 3 – Plan Automatically Applies at Checkout At checkout: • Your active Pricing Plan will automatically apply. • The session price will display as £0. • One session credit will be deducted. If the full price appears, you are either: • Not logged in • Booking the wrong service • Or your plan has expired

• Sessions must be booked directly through the website. • All sessions must be scheduled within the 3-month validity period. • You may book all sessions in advance or individually. • Availability is subject to calendar capacity. Early booking is recommended.

• Sessions may be rescheduled up to ___ hours before the appointment. • Late cancellations may result in the session being deducted. • Missed appointments (no-shows) count as used sessions. • Rebooking after expiry is not permitted. Wix automatically deducts sessions based on booking status.

• Non-refundable once purchased. • Non-transferable. • Valid for the original purchaser only. • Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts
