Gundog Training Holiday
This Gundog training holiday combines a relaxing countryside break with daily training for you and your dog. Situated in a secluded country location near the historic market town of Llanidloes in the heart of Mid Wales, this holiday is designed for owners who want to develop their gundog’s skills while enjoying time outdoors with like minded people in a relaxed atmosphere.
Training takes place in a small group of six dogs and is tailored to different gundog breeds and experience levels, from young dogs learning the basics to experienced gundogs refining their fieldwork.
Sessions focus on core skills such as obedience, steadiness, recall, retrieving, hunting patterns, and working calmly around other dogs. Positive, practical training methods are used, with plenty of individual guidance to help you understand your dog and build confidence as a handler. We will have a shared lunch on training days and feedback sessions…
